the jm group has been established since 1981 and is a frequent employer of choice within our industry.
WORKPLACE
At the jm group we pride ourselves on our commitment to our staff. We rigorously assess all candidates wishing to join the jm group and monitor their subsequent performance through a twice-yearly appraisal system. We also have a staff intranet, which provides regular updates on any work related matters of importance and also individual performance excellence and promotion of social activities. We value the work life balance concept and as part of this we have a reduction scheme for a local health club and regular social evenings.
Health and Safety
the jm group has a written Health and Safety policy that all staff are compliant with. All new starters are provided with a DSE Risk Assessment. We also have a number of first aiders and fire marshals on site.
To ensure that employees suffer no adverse effects of working with their pc’s the jm group offers to arrange an annual eye test free of charge.
ENVIRONMENT
At the jm group we realise how important protecting the environment is, we make every effort to minimise our environmental footprint. We always use reputable suppliers who also demonstrate strong environmental policies. On top of this we recycle all office waste and we look to conserve power and waste wherever possible.
COMMUNITY
the jm group is an active supporter of various charities and these reflect the sporting endeavours and interests of its employees. Over the last few years we have been involved in the local community through supporting an anti child bullying program and a road safety program. .
