1st/2nd Line Support Analyst - Windows 10 Migration

The JM Group are working with a leading financial services client based in Brighton, who are looking for a 1st/2nd Line support Analyst on an initial 3-month contract, paying up to £260 per day depending on experience.

The 1st/2nd Line support Analyst will be responsible for providing customer and technical support between users and IT teams.

The 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst must have the following skills:

*Extensive experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Windows environment.
*Experience supporting Migrations from Windows 7 to 10 and Outlook 365.
*Excellent experience working with Windows Operating Systems, both Windows 7 and 10.
*Experience of troubleshooting Outlook mail and related issues on Exchange and Office 365.
*Knowledge of scripting e.g. understanding PowerShell to troubleshoot post migration problems.
*Knowledge of Access Control Lists.
*Previous experience of providing technical support both onsite and remotely.
*Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as: IP Addresses, VPN, LAN, and WAN.
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Excellent customer services skills and a positive attitude.
