2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst


2nd / 3rd Line Support Analyst - Mac, Windows 7, Windows 10, Office365, basic networking, basic wireless, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory and VMWare.
This role is based in Crewe, Cheshire.
The client is willing to pay up to £35,000 + Benefits dependent on experience. You will be working in a small group providing outstanding customer service and IT Support to all their UK and European users with all end user services.
Successful candidate for the 2nd / 3rd Line Support Analyst role will have the following key skills and experience:
*Previous experience providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
*Proven experience managing and troubleshooting incident from start through to resolution
*Previous experience supporting IT Service delivery and IT projects
*Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot both software and hardware problems
*Good understanding of a vast range of mobile, desktop and network knowledge including Mac, Windows 7, Windows 10, Office365, basic networking, basic wireless, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory and VMWare.
*Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable experience and qualifications:
*Previous customer service experience
*2+ years relevant experience
*A+, Net+, Security+ or applicable certifications (a plus)
The Primary working hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. There is potential for some shift work and on call rotation. As well as, some additional hours required for project work. Successful candidate must have a driving license since occasional travel is required for training or assignment requirements.
