Agile Delivery Lead - FinTech - £70k basic

Sector: FinTech
Salary: Circa £70,000 basic salary, plus working from home options, flexible working, benefits and bonus package

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join a fantastic FinTech client of ours based in the City. This role will involve leading a highly Agile team of circa 20 individuals - compromised of Front-End Developers, QA Engineers, Technical and Delivery Leads, a Product Owner, as well as UI and UX specialists - to deliver new features and products within their online platform and web applications domain.

You will be responsible for further maturing and developing their Agile practices, engaging with stakeholders to build out product and project roadmaps, helping the team to prioritise workloads and liaising with other business areas to discover potential improvements to existing products.

This role will involve adopting, adapting and evolving different Agile approaches, tools and methodologies as you deem fit. You will drive change and transformation across the group, removing any barriers to innovation.

Role Requirements:

We're seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. You will;

*Be experienced in a wide range of Agile methodologies and practices, including SCRUM, Kanban and Lean
*Proven experience leading successful Software Development teams, delivering coaching sessions to continually improve their effectiveness and productivity
*Facilitate Agile ceremonies and run workshops
*Closely liaise with the Product Owner to create and maintain a roadmap, ensuring your team and the stakeholders are both bought-in and excited
*Manage stakeholder expectations
*Possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable leading training sessions and presentations
*Act as subject matter expert and advocate for Agile across the wider business
*Must come from a Development background (not necessarily Front-End Development) and have a clear understanding of the entire SDLC
*Degree level education, ideally in STEM subjects or equivalent
