Application Support Manager

We are working with a Financial Services client in City of London who are seeking an Application Support Manager (C#.Net) on a permanent basis. This role is offering a base of circa £75,000 + benefits. You will have overall responsibility of the platform, managing a team of Application Support Engineers and working closely with internal partners to identify & resolve any issues with the platform.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

*Comfortable being a hands-on manager
*Experience of C#.Net coding
*Experience leading high-performing technical teams
*Sector experience in banking, eCommerce, payments or travel
*Experience with issue tracking collaboration tools - TFS or Jira, etc
*Good exposure to the Microsoft stack
*Experience working across different locations and time zones
*Experience with SQL - Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL or similar technologies
*Comfortable working across departments to facilitate resolution for the customers
*Able to interact with a range of stakeholders and can explain complex concepts simply
*Strong problem-solving skills
