The Business System Analyst will work within IT Central Services area and will analyse the hardware, software and IT service requirement for the upcoming initiatives that are being employed in the company.
Gathering technical and business requirements for complex IT projects, writing requirement documents, detailing process models and building goof stakeholder relationships.
Skills/ Experience Required
*Previous project experience particularly business change projects
*Excellent numerical and analytical skills
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Good ability to define and prioritise business requirements
*Work effectively with 3rd parties
*Understand recognised analysis and design techniques
*Good documentation and reporting abilities
*Data mapping and analysis skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong presentation skills
*Good stakeholder management skills
*Demonstratable knowledge of desktop packages
*Educated to degree level
*Experience of Policy Admin System projects
*UAT support and scripting experience
