You will be responsible for working with clients on implementation, delivery and management of IFRS and UK GAAP accounting, operational and reporting solutions. You will be required to provide your expertise on the current IFRS and UK GAAP standards to ensure they are in line with the client needs.
Work closely with stakeholders in implementing the project and providing expertise within IFRS and UK GAAP.
Assess, analyse and document financial reporting and operational requirements for IFRS standards
Assist in identifying, developing testing and implementing IFRS processes as required.
Track progress on IFRS issue identification and resolution.
Prepare and consolidate IFRS-related issues and procedural training documentation.
Skills and experience:
8-12 years experience in a similar role
A through knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
Strong stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
It would be highly desirable if you had a technical mind-set and well-versed with the latest design thinking principles; be data driven, and a confident user of Excel.
