Together with my client, a global media company we are looking a CRM Manager to drive the furtherance of CRM globally and establish themselves as the point of contact for CRM queries. You will be expect to provide strategic input and reporting directly to the Head of CRM.
Based in Central London. This is a Permanent role paying a completive base salary and benefit package.
Reporting into the Head of CRM, you will play a leading role in devising and execution of global CRM strategy for the business. You responsibilities will include:
*Contributing to and executing company CRM strategy
*Devising strategies for optimising on-site data capture
*Evaluating the performance of CRM channels and analyse reports
Essential experiences/qualities you possess:
*Minimum of 2 years' experience in an analytical CRM role
*Previous experience working within a Media/ Entertainment company
*Extensive experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
*Experience using data capture mechanics
*An understanding of Data Protection legislation
*Good knowledge of HTML
*Able to work effectively in a pressurised, face-paced work environment
*Can think outside the box
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Experience of planning, building and executing complex campaigns
Preferred experiences/ qualities you possesses:
*Marketing/ Business-related degree
*Experience using and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
*Strong knowledge of CSS and HTML
*E-COMMERCE/ Retail marketing experience
