The Role:
* Work with project sponsors to ensure briefs are fully defined with clear objectives and success criteria
* Identify, communicate and manage project dependencies and risks
* Work with team leads to accurately estimate key milestones
* Identify project roles and responsibilities and secure required project resource
* Lead and motivate project team, who may be geographically disparate
* Monitor progress to ensure projects are kept on track and report any issues
* Work collaboratively with Marketing stream heads, Project Managers, and other internal teams to drive delivery
* Ensure roadmaps, timelines, status reports are kept up to date and communicated to delivery teams
* Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying and communicating risks
* Confidently communicate progress reports to project teams, sponsors and stakeholders
* Ensure that quality standards are met
* Analyse project data in order to inform future business decisions
* Compile retrospective comments at the end of projects
The Ideal Candidate:
* Educated to Degree level as a minimum
* Minimum 3 years commerical project management experience
* Proven project delivery across Technology and Digital projects, including Cloud
* Any Marketing project experience would be beneficial
* Knowledge of recognised Project Management frameworks - Agile, Waterfall and/or Prince2
* Experience using SharePoint, JIRA and/or Confluence
* Excellent, all-round communicator and interpersonal skills
* Energised, pro-active and detail focused
* A proven team player with a flexible approach
* Passionate about driving and delivering change and continual improvement
* Ability to balance a wide variety of projects with varying deadlines
* Any Creative/Advertising Agency experience would be beneficial
* Professional Project Management qualification desirable, but not essential
