Our Financial Services client is looking for an experienced Head of Change to help deliver an optimised Change Portfolio.
Salary: Up to £140k + Discretionary bonus + Benefits
Location: Central London
Permanent
As the Head of Change you will be responsible for:
1.Owning the resource demand across the Business Change space
2.Developing benefit focused projects/ programmes
3.MUST HAVE experience effectively transitioning to an agile delivery framework and ensuring optimisation
4.Implementing E2E change delivery framework
5.Accountable for the smooth running of change governance
Essential qualities:
1.MUST HAVE Retail Banking experience
2.Previously led Change Management practices
3.Effectively lead change teams
4.Excellent communication skills
5.Previous experience transitioning to agile
6.Confidently able to report to ExCo level - Exceptional stakeholder management skills
7.APMP, PRINCE2, P3O, Managing Successful Programmes, Management of Portfolios, Management of Risk, or PMI qualification
