A company within the property arena is recruiting an IT Support Engineer on a Permanent basis in London.
The ideal IT Support Engineer will have the following key skills and experience:
Essential
*Experience in a 2nd/3rd line support capacity
*3+ years within support experience
*Experience of Office365 Administration & Support
*General IT administration and support of both desktop and servers (Windows and Mac OSX operating systems)
*Experience with the following:
oLAN, Wireless Network skills
oFirewall administration and troubleshooting
oBackup and disaster recovery
oThin client and remote desktop
oActive Directory
oVirtualisation, Administration and support
Vmware
Hyper-V
DaaS
*Excellent problem solver
*Exceptional communication skills
*Strong customer service skills
Ideal
*Degree within Computer science/IT or similar
*Experience working within a manged service environment
*ITIL
