IT Systems, Infrastructure and Architecture Analyst - Investment Banking

IT Systems and Architecture Analyst required by a Global Investment Bank on an initial 6-month contract paying £400 - £450 per day.

The IT Systems, Infrastructure and Architecture Analyst will be responsible for the management of Projects and Systems Administration, the design and administration of systems infrastructure and ensuring systems are up to date with regards to security and patches.

The IT Systems, Infrastructure and Architecture Analyst must have the following:

-Significant, recent experience working within Investment Banking and knowledge of Banking Software, Applications and Market Data.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server and associated technologies, including PowerShell, SCCM, SharePoint, Clustering.
-Scripting experience.
-Strong knowledge of Unix, Linux and VMWare.
-Exposure to NAS and SAN based storage technologies.
-An understanding of IT Security and Standards.
-Knowledge of Database technologies (MSSQL).
-Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Zabbix.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Excellent stakeholder management skills.
