£120,000 - £140,000 per annum plus benefits
Set the platforms vision and direction involving providing strategic vision and goals, manage the overall service delivery of the platform, manage and motivate the platform team. The other responsibilities of this role will be to look after the overall planning, organisation and execution of all IT functions ensuring that the technology capabilities support the overall corporate / business strategy.
Key Skills and Experience:
*15+ years experience within an Operations technology position ideally within large organisations in a complex environment.
*Proven experience running large IT Organisations with a range of responsibilities including
oAccountability for delivery quality from the organisation
*Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
*Good understanding of both business and technology driers and challenges to the organisation
*Broad understand of Back Office including
*In depth knowledge of payments, cards, credit risk and underwriting
*Develop and manage platform roadmaps
*Hands on experience implementing or overseeing the implementation of at least one of the following technologies
oSAP ERP - ECCFICO, BW Hana, EBS, SFDC, Vertex, Kyriba, Netsuite, Coupa, Ariba
*Worked within the Financial / Banking sector
*Able to effectively oversee multiple initiatives at one time
*Work closely with C-Level
*Previous experience working on large financial transformation programmes
*Advanced written and verbal communication skills
*BSc in Computer Science or related to required field
*A Masters in IT Management is beneficial
