We are currently working with a leading digital provider who are looking to recruit a number of Principal Delivery Managers in the Birmingham area.
This role would suit candidates with a blend of hands on delivery and are team/people focused. As well as delivering projects, you will be responsible for mentoring, managing and ensuring the team have clear goals to succeed.
To be considered for this Principal Delivery Manager role you will have the following skills and experience:
*At least 4 years' experience delivering bespoke software solutions
*Previous experience managing a team
*Worked in an Agile environment
*Ideally an understanding of the software development lifecycle
*Strong stakeholder management
*Consultancy background, ideally in financial services or public sector
*Understanding of governance, ensuring appropriate governance is being met on projects
*Certifications such as Prince 2, APMP, PMP and APMG are desirable
Candidates must show willingness to travel, your time will be split between the office, client site and with flexibility to work from home.
