We are searching for a strong all-round Product Manager on a permanent basis to help shape and optimise the products our client are working on. Work in a collaborative manner with teams of scientists, engineers, designers, analysts and business partners to constantly align product vision, as well as innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.
This role is based in London.
The successful Product Manager will have a following responsibilities:
*Lead the development of the product strategy and vision
*Define product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
*Develop detailed business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
*Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
*Create buy-in for the product vision
Essential qualities/qualification for Product Manager:
*5+ years of Product Manager experience
*A strong academic background
*MUST HAVE strong knowledge of and direct experience with legal tech, ideally applied to capital markets such as Residential Mortgage Backed Securities, Asset Backed Securities, Collaterised Debt Obligations, and Collaterised Loan Obligations.
*Solid understanding and direct practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning technologies
*Strong understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and methods, (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, QA, continuous delivery and integration).
*Must have Experience as a PM or being a senior member in legal or capital markets divisions
*Experience working with legal teams using natural language technology, ideally within the context of global financial markets
*Direct exposure to the full life-cycle of a product
*Work effectively in a face-paced and time pressured environment
*Can manage conflicting priorities
*Must be eager to learn and continuously improve
*Solid collaboration skills and ability to build trust and confidence across the organisation
*Superlative attention to detail
*Stakeholder management skills are vital - Experience of presenting to C-level stakeholders.
*Understanding of Capital Markets desirable
