My client makes a market leading software in the medical sector which is used in over 6,000 hospitals. This is a company who thrive on innovation and who are dedicated to fighting serious disease. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team
The suitable candidate will use technical, clinical and market expertise to develop value proposition, messaging and positioning. They will also develop go-to-market strategies and business plans for services
Drive achievement of budget for new orders & profitability for their portfolio
oValue Proposition, Product positioning definition and execution
Definition of strategic positioning against the competition, within the solutions portfolio and alternative treatment modalities
Development of competitive value proposition and messaging for the Treatment Delivery solutions relying on domain & market knowledge and competitor insights.
In line with the COFP model (Clinical - Operational - Financial - Patient)
For identified key customer segments & functional stakeholders
Identification and development of solid proof points, supporting value proposition, product positioning, and messaging
Effectively coordinate and leverage internal and external expert resources (e.g. focus groups, advisors, etc.) to validate and continually improve the value proposition, messaging, product positioning, related strategies, and deliverables
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies
oBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Healthcare Technology. MSc or MBA is a plus. Clinical and/or commercial background in Radiation Oncology is also a strong consideration.
oMinimum of 5 years product marketing and/or product management or sales experience within the healthcare space. Experience in Radiation Oncology is a highly desirable.
oExcellent verbal and written communications skills
oExpertly skilled at producing & delivering highly polished, compelling and professional presentations
oExperience from working in and managing within a truly international, global organization
oExperience from working cross-functionally, and in cross-location teams
oWillingness and flexibility to travel locally & internationally
