*Working with the organisation's global Emerging Talent, Organisation Effectiveness (OE) and Learning and Development (L&D)
*Communication to program participants, facilitators and presenters
*Coordination of webinars, focus groups and bookings through external vendors
*Coordination of hotel/apartment accommodations, meeting space, transportation, AV equipment, program materials and supplies and meals
*Process and track L&D and OE Invoices and legal documents
*Provide Administrative and logistical support to OE and L&D Team members as needed
*Support the design and implementation of the Graduate Rotational program
*Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in consulting, in-house Talent or project management-based roles
*Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office specifically Excel and Powerpoint
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*BS/BA in, Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field required; Master's Degree in Organisational Psychology or other relevant desired; corporate experience preferred
