Senior Manager required by a Global Insurance business based in the City of London paying up to £90,000 + benefits.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing process transformation and organisational change, including people related change initiatives.
This role has the opportunity for remote working up to 2 days per week, however there will also be some infrequent UK based travel.
The Senior Manager must have both insurance and consultancy experience.
The Senior Manager must have the following:
-Extensive experience managing organisational change.
-Experience designing and implementing target operating models
-Experience working in both consultancies and the insurance sector
-Experience re-engineering business processes
-Experience working on post-merger integration's
-Excellent project management skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent stakeholder management skills
