Do you have a good track record of sales achievement against target selling into buy side organisations in the UK and/or Europe?
We are seeking a proven sales executive to join a growing sales team at a rapidly expanding FinTech with a desirable proposition in the investment management space . The right candidate will be energetic, focused and passionate about growing our client base. Individuals will work in a team environment and will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, setting and executing sales strategy and managing all aspects of the sales cycle to exceed assigned targets.
●Responsible for sale of clients solutions and services into buy side organisations including investment and asset managers, wealth managers, large family offices, asset allocators (pension funds, endowments), and asset service providers.
●Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
●Follow the sales process to grow and manage pipeline to maximise results
●Develop a cohesive business plan for your territory and execute effectively against that plan.
●Build and maintain relationships with prospects .
●Achieve/exceed sales objectives and quotas through the expansion and growth of business relationships with new clients using a consultative and process-driven approach.
●Maintain all business administration requirements, including accurate reporting.
●Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
●Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
●Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Skills and Requirements:
●Proven sustained success and over achievement versus target selling into buy side clients
●Understanding of the investment management process including client servicing, portfolio management, trading, risk and analytics, and accounting systems.
●4+ years experience in the financial or capital markets.
●Proven track record in sales and problem-solving.
●Proven presentation, business writing, and oral communication skills.
