Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst required by a global media company based in London, paying up to £127 per day, on a 3-month rolling contract

Service Desk Analyst required to work as part of a team to support and resolve any 1st line issues. They will be responsible for understanding the callers needs and provide professional support.

The Service Desk Analyst must have the following skills:

- Must have experience of Microsoft Windows and Mac environment.
-Previous Experience of providing 1st Line Support.
-Experience of setting up user's accounts.
- Experience of first line support with mobile devices.
-Knowledge of common application programs.
-Must be able to lift PCs and another desktop equipment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
