The ideal Service Desk Delivery Manager will have the following key skills and experience:
*3+ years experience Managing outsourced Service Desks
*Experience managing an outsourced Service Desk with circa 20,000 contacts a month
*Strong management and training skills
*Experience managing Identity Access Management Service Requests
*Knowledge of ServiceNow tools
*Experience of process ownership for Incident, request and knowledge
*Excellent Communication skills
*Strong Leadership skills
