Support Analyst/IT Manager - London - £45,000

A niche global consultancy who specialise in delivering business transformation and strategy are now looking for a Support Analyst/IT Manager to join their growing IT team. We require a motivated individual with experience providing IT Support, as well as managing the infrastructure estate.

We require support specialists who are experienced acting as a stand-alone support function or working with remote teams. The majority of the IT team are based across America and Asia and are tasked with supporting a remote client base. In addition, candidates must be experienced with the following technologies;

* Working on a ticket-based helpdesk, assisting internal employees with any issues
* Laptop Asset Management, including imaging, inventory, laptop and hardware support/upgrades, deployment of systems to all European associates and offices and enterprise mobility
* Windows administration across Active Directory and Office365
* IT infrastructure Administration, including telephony support, firewalls and switches, conference room audio/video, wireless networking, printers and copiers
* Mobile device management
* Documentation skills using Microsoft Office including Visio diagrams
* Vendor management for European IT vendors
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) required
* SQL skills would be beneficial
* Salesforce and Oracle Financial Applications Support experience would be beneficial
