The ideal Support Manager will have the following key skills and experience:
*3+ years experience within a support capacity
*Previous experience on a ticket based helpdesk
*Knowledge of laptop asset management
*Strong windows admin skills
*Excellent troubleshooting skills
*Support of printers and copiers
*Strong mobile device management skills
*Excellent vendor management skills
*Strong excel skills
*Office 365 (Beneficial)
*SQL, Sharepoint and Salesforce skills (Beneficial)
