Systems Analyst

Role: Systems Analyst

Duration: Permanent

Location: Remote & Cardiff or Worthing 2 days per week.

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 + pension + medical insurance


I am working with leading multinational offering services to some of the top companies in the financial services sector. They are growing their global internal delivery teams and are looking for a Systems Analyst looking to transition into to a Solution Architect role.


You will work with the development and business teams to define, shape and deliver software solutions supporting the core global platforms, including internal and web facing systems.



Main responsibilities include:

Work with IT and business teams to define business and systems requirements for solution architecture.
Design and communicate solution architectures, helping support global delivery teams in the design and development of integrated reusable solutions
Maintain and own core application frameworks ensuring changes and modifications support the global business
Engage with a variety of stakeholders at varying levels to ensure that all aspects of the solution are fully considered and agreed.


To be successful in this role you will need:

Experience working as a Systems Analyst or Developer with good solution design experience.
Experience understanding and interpreting business processes finding the right technology fit
Experience in SQL server or high level database design
Knowledge and experience using UML and/or object oriented analysis.
Awareness and/or experience of architecture frameworks.
Good experience working within a SDLC.
Agile project experience
