The ideal Training lead will have the following key skills and experience:
*Extensive experience in designing technical training solutions for large organisation
*Experience utilising a range of technology (Optical and IP Networking, Wireless, CCTV systems, Management tools and Processes)
*Experience in training maintenance and support stuff operating equipment
*Extensive experience writing learning tools and learning management systems
*Strong experience in developing training materials
*Familiar with Human Performance Improvement
*Able to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
*Excellent experience in knowledge transfer and skill development.
* Prove experience using training data to track, trend, and manage training efforts
*Adaptable to fast-paced environments
