1st Line Service Desk Analyst

1st Line Service Desk Analyst required by a leading Global Media Company based in the West End of London. The role is operating on a contract basis paying up to £125 per day on a 6 month rolling contract.

The 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will support, assist and resolve issues in reference to Windows and Apple desktop, applications, ID administration and other services provided by the helpdesk.
The 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will have the following:
*IS&T based Degree
*Experience with Desk Side Support
*Experience supporting Windows and Mac platforms
*Active directory experience
*Experience with mobile administration
*Excellent knowledge of common application programs
*Experience managing VPN access
*Excellent communication skills
*Team player
*Must be technically minded
*Self-starter
*Excellent problem-solving skills
