1st/2nd Line Engineer - Connectivity/Voice/Data - South London
We are working with a fast expanding, dynamic telecommunications service provider who are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Engineer to join their team due to exceptional growth. Purpose of the role
As a 1st/2nd line Support Engineer you will perform a key role in assisting clients with an escalation point for technical queries. You will be involved with a variety of service desk, desktop, telephone, remote and client facing support and you will be given many opportunities to get involved with a range of IT work and voice and Data Services.

*Connectivity - Dedicated - Broadband
*Managed Networks - WiFi- Active Monitoring - Managed WAN
*UC Voice - Cloud Telephony - WLR
*Telephone PABX - IP Cortex
*Mobile Service Provider
*Equipment Mikrotik Router- Cisco Route - Cisco Managed Switches - Cloud Trax Access Points - Motorola
*Audio Visual Alarms
*2/3 years' experience within a technical role in telecommunications organisation.
*knowledge of voice network services including ISDN, broadband and SIP trunks.
*Knowledge of peripheral technology e. Mikrotik, Microsoft, Cisco, Wireshark would be an advantage.
*communications skills are required, verbal, written and presentation.
*customer facing skills, ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment.
