3rd Line Network Support Engineer
£45,000-£50,000 Excellent Benefits

The Role
As a 3rd Line Network Support Engineer you will be a key member of the support team and will be involved in providing up to 3rd level support and acting as an escalation point for the support desk team.

As a 3rd Line Network Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

*Escalating faults to carriers and suppliers ensuring they are dealing with any issues in a timely manner
*Providing support to network services and dealing with any network faults
*Up to 3rd level support for faults and change requests
*Ensure cases are documented well
*Involved in projects and solutions

The Requirements

*A background in an ISP or Telecommunications environment
*Juniper experience EX/SRX/MX
*Confident in Layer 2, OSPF and BGP protocols
*CCNP and/or JNCIS certified as a minimum
