Job Description

A global Wealth Management organisation are currently investing heavily in the development of their technology. They are searching for a Business Systems Application Engineer to join their London offices, responsible for optimising and maintain a portfolio of business-critical applications.

The Role:
* Work closely with the business to understand their requirements
*Assist the Programme Manager in project managing the IT deliverables
*Deploy and configure applications
*Build and maintain workflows and data flows
*Troubleshoot any issues

Role Requirements:
*Strong experience as an Application Support Engineer working within Financial Services
*Experience of working with and maintaining Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Nav, AX, CRM
*A good understanding of marketing, sales and client service processes in a financial services environment
* Experience with the following technologies is desirable;
*Document Management Systems
*SQL databases and database connections
*Workflow systems/platforms

* Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in Microsoft CRM, AX, Sharepoint would be advantageous
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
*Ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively in a timely manner
*Willingness to develop and expand their technical and commercial knowledge
