Job Description

A global Wealth Management organisation are currently investing heavily in the development of their technology function. They are searching for an Application Engineer to join their London offices, responsible for optimising and maintaining a portfolio of business-critical applications. The Role:
* Work closely with the business to understand their requirements
*Assist the Programme Manager in project managing the IT deliverables
*Deploy and configure applications
*Build and maintain workflows and data flows
*Troubleshoot any issues

Role Requirements:
*Strong experience providing Application Support within the Financial Services/Insurance sector
*Experience of working with and maintaining Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Nav, AX, CRM
*A good understanding of marketing, sales and client service processes in a financial services environment
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
*Ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively in a timely manner
*Willingness to develop and expand their technical and commercial knowledge

Desirable Skills:
* Experience with the following technologies is desirable;
- Document Management Systems
- Lawman
- SQL databases and database connections
- Workflow systems/platforms
* Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in Microsoft CRM, AX, Sharepoint would be advantageous
