Job Description

Global Financial Services Firm is hiring for a Business Change Analyst to work within Insurance in London. This is a permanent role offering a salary between £40K - £50K Bonus Full Benefits.

The success individual will be required to work with the Business Change team to allow it to deliver changes in a way that maximises the benefits for end users. You must be able to play a hands-on role in planning for and delivering significant changes to the client delivery team. You will ensure implementation and adherence to best practices and overall business change framework.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluating business change submissions quickly to determine a route to closure / delivery.
Carrying out change impact assessments to understand the implications of moving from an as-is to a to-be state.
Development of training plans ensuring the training aligns with the overall strategy and holding training sessions with teams affected by client change initiatives.
Planning mitigations and executing mitigations for high impact changes to support the business in adopting the new ways of working or technology.
Coordinating with the project/program delivering the change to maintain alignments on change management deliverables.
Generating reports on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, processes and tools and creating models that prove their effectiveness.
Proactively identifying causes of complex problems and getting creative when suggesting solutions

Skills include:

At least 4 years experience in a similar role
Insurance experience / background is essential for the role
Ability to follow processes in an ever changing organisational environment
Familiarity of working with complex integrated project & programme schedules
Extensive experience in set up and implementing industry leading standards and project methodologies
Experience of managing and achieving tight deadlines with the appropriate quality
