The JM Group is working with a Real Estate company and is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst on a permanent basis in London.

The ideal Application Support Analyst will have the following key skills and experience:

*Good experience within a technical support environment
*Strong knowledge across a range of technologies
*Sound knowledge of service management tools (ServiceNow would be ideal)
*Knowledge of ITIL and ISO 27001
*Understanding of Active Directory
*Knowledge of the following applications
oMRI
oCoda
oMS Office
oVermillion (Or similar client reporting applications)
oCRM Systems Salesforce/Pardot
oArgus Enterprise
oAlusta
*MS Windows
*Citrix
*Highly organised
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Good time management, problem solving, planning skills.
*Excellent communication and team working
