Desktop Support Analyst - Wealth Management

Desktop Support Analyst required by a leading Wealth Management company based in the City of London on an initial 6-month contract paying £200 - £250 per day. This position will be likely be converted to permanent after the 6-month period.

The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining systems and infrastructure and providing 1st and 2nd line support for PC, Printer Hardware and Software issues.

The Desktop Support Analyst must have the following:

-2 - 5 years of IT Support experience.
-Experience working in Wealth, Investment or Asset Management.
-Experience providing 1st and 2nd Line support, as well as assisting in project work.
-Excellent customer service skills and experience of VIP support preferred.
-Experience trouble shooting on Windows, MS Office Products, Active Directory, Exchange, Routing, Firewalls, DHCP, DNS etc.
-A pro-active attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-An IT related degree would be beneficial.
