Field Support Engineer

We are looking for a customer facing onsite engineer to work for a leading serviced offices company in Central London. As a Field Support Engineer you'll be exposed to a variety of different technologies and will be responsible for supporting customers onsite and ensuring their IT services are setup smoothly.

This Field Support Engineer role is working for a market leading company that specialise in high end offices and will be responsible for supporting their end users onsite mainly covering zone 1 in London. Due to the high end level of customers you would be providing support services for, you will have excellent communication skills and a passion for giving the best possible customer experience.

In terms of technologies they support:

*Windows 7/8/8.1
*Office 2013/365
*MS Server 2012
*Active Directory
*Internal systems
*Basic networking (TCP/IP), router configuration
*Basic iMacs

Any experience in the above is desirable however we are really looking for a customer facing Field Support Engineer that enjoys providing face to face support, solving problems and is a quick learner that's keen to learn new technologies. You'll ideally have worked in a similar support desk/helpdesk role before that's been based around desktop with some basic networking.

If you have any certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, CompTIA, CompTIA this is great however it's not a pre-requisite.
