Information Security Assurance Manager

Information Security Assurance Manager required by a large blue-chip company based in Surrey on an initial 3-month contract paying £550 - £700 per day depending on experience.

The Information Security Assurance Manager must have technical experience and compliance skills, as well as expertise in securing the application development process and has worked in eCommerce.

The Information Security Assurance Manager must have the following:

-Experience managing Information Security assurance activities, undertaking risk assessments and implementing formal information security management systems.
-Experience securing the application development process
-Experience working in eCommerce or similar
-Experience working for large blue-chip companies to deliver Information Security Assurance activities.
-Experience ensuring assurance activities such as penetrating testing to secure systems and technical controls are in place.
-Experience designing operational security processes for software development teams and experience of assessing how software is being producing and determining how to assure it.
-The ability to look at software products and guide the development team into good practice.
-A strong understanding of and experience implementing compliance to ISO27001 standards.
-Knowledge of Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Excellent stakeholder management skills.
