The JM Group is working with a global media firm that is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst on a contract basis in Central London.

The ideal IT Service Desk Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

* 1 years experience as a IT Service Desk Analyst.
* Have a strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office.
* Have stellar interpersonal skills and strong interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience using ticketing systems.
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Keep up to date with IT changes and be adaptable to a changing environment.
