Payment Business Analyst
£60,000 Benefits

We are currently working with a leading financial services company in Central London who are looking for a Payment Business Analyst to join their team. This role will be responsible for working on any changes or improvements to banking applications and practices.

The Role

As a Payment Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

*Determining the functional and non-functional requirements strategy as part of the software development lifecycle
*Gather, analyse and record requirements from stakeholders for systems, processes and information
*Ensuring that requirements specified for the solutions development teams are sufficient and enable them to deliver both technical and business solutions
*Working in a matrix environment including both onshore and offshore teams
*Advising at times on the acceptance testing of solutions
*3rd party/vendor management

The Requirements

As a Payment Business Analyst you will have the following experience:

*Strong understanding of banking applications and practices
*Experience of cards, payments, SWIFT
*Business/operational background
*Retail banking or financial services experience preferred
*Strong communication skills with the ability to work with teams both onshore/offshore
*Software delivery tools and/or service management knowledge is desirable
