Job Description

The JM Group is working with a large Financial Services company who are seeking a
Major Incident Manager on a 6 month contract basis in Bromley.

The ideal Major Incident Manager will have the following key skills and experience:

*5 years working within incident management.
*Experience acting as the escalation path for major and critical incidents
*Proficient at directing and coordinating the Major Incident process.
*Experience of planning and coordinating all activities required to perform, monitor and report on MIM process.
*Strong leadership skills, developing and coaching team members.
*Experience contributing to design and development of incident management processes, tools, templates, documents and reports.
*Previously worked with 3rd party suppliers on contractual obligations and building relationships.
*Efficient at improving service operations processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
*Good technical understanding of Citrix / Windows / Mainframe.
*Must have very strong stakeholder management skills, up to C-Level.
*Must have excellent communication skills and be ITIL certified.
