Job Description

 
I am working on behalf of a hugely successful UK and International Law firm who are looking to recruit a PMO Manager in their London office on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for delivering the full range of PMO activities across a range of projects supporting business growth and operational efficiency - not related to IT.

The role will include but will not be limited to: Managing the project pipeline, assisting with the preparation of project proposals, business cases and post-project reviews; Maintaining an up-to-date, accurate and complete view of all projects, enabling informed and timely decisions to be made on plan, budget, scope, issues, risks, interdependencies and quality; Assisting project managers with the creation of project plans, ensuring that project interdependencies, resource contention and key project risks are addressed; Maintaining and reporting on budget across the portfolio; Assisting the project manager to report and present to senior stakeholders on progress of projects.

You should have several years' experience in a similar role, managing several projects simultaneously ideally within professional services.

Professionalism, credibility and proficient stakeholder management will be vital in this role, as you will be directly liaising with partners/senior management and influencing business strategy.
