Job Description

 
Wealth Management client is now looking for an experienced Programme Manager to run a major IT refresh out of their London offices. The Programme Manager will be working closely with C-Level stakeholders and the Business to define the IT deliverables and then drive the programme through to deliver.

Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of IT projects.
*Manage the various Steering meetings.
*Build and implement IT software roll-out plans to the business.
*Manage the IT resources across a number of locations to deliver the agreed requirements.
*Lead large group meetings with Senior Level executives.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:
*Previous experience of working in Wealth, Asset or Investment Management.
*Extensive project management experience across infrastructure and software projects.
*A track record working with the Business and IT.
*Experience in working with various business applications like Ms Dynamics AX, Nav, CRM and SharePoint.
*A good understanding of cloud and web based systems.
*working knowledge of infrastructure - (storage, servers, networks, firewalls etc).
*Experience in working with project management software.
*Excellent project management skills - Agile and Waterfall methodologies favoured.
*A proven track record working across different locations.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Desirable:
*Knowledge on Advent Products, Moxy and Document Management systems
*Knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
