Job Description

The JM group is working with a leading Insurance organisation based in the City of London who are looking for a contract Recruitment Coordinator to join them on a 12-month contract basis.

*Extensive experience managing all interviews; retrieving availability, booking rooms, sending interview confirmation.
*Manage the process of each vacancy in HR and recruitment systems (Taleo).
*Look after the new joiner paperwork and prepare employment contracts, working with both the candidate and HR managers.
*Manage the pre-employment check process, making sure all information is collated and in a timely manner.
*Work alongside the hiring managers and candidates to ensure appropriate start dates are agreed and making sure the on-boarding process is smooth.
*Collaboratively work within a team of Recruiters, preparing reports and presentations, whilst also providing recommendations, process improvement.

*Must have previous experience doing interview coordination and contract generation is essential.
*Managing pre-employment checks for an FCA regulated company (beneficial).
*Experience working with tracking systems and online reporting, Taleo experience is preferred.
*Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems skills.
*Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to work successfully in a high visibility environment and the ability to manage complex situations independently.
*Must be able to work with senior level management.
