The JM Group is working with a, who are looking for a Salesforce Administrator in a permanent position to be based in London.

Role responsibilities:
*Working alongside Product Managers and Stakeholders both internal and external.
*Promoting adoption of Salesforce through onboarding and training of local and remote users, and supporting those users to build their own reports & dashboards.

Key experience:
*Ideally be a graduate with 1-2 years' experience working with Salesforce.
*Experienced at Salesforce Administration; producing dashboards, updating records, creating user profiles, page layouts, user permissions etc.
*Able to provide 1st & 2nd Line Support.
*Proficient at producing process documentations and policies, which are then shared across the business.
*Must be an excellent communicator and previously liaised with stakeholders.
