Senior Desktop Support Analyst

Job Description

The JM Group is working with a large media company and is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst on a contract basis in London.

The ideal Senior Desktop Support Analyst will work within the IT Service Management team and ensure 2nd line support services are delivered effectively within a culture of continual service improvement.

The key skills and experience required are:

*Strong 1st/2nd line support experience within an enterprise environment
*Excellent knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 enterprise & MAC OSX, and Office Suites
*Previous experience supporting MS Outlook & Exchange
*SAP, LANDesk, V10, OSX server experience
*Intermediate networking skills (TCP/IP)
*Understanding of Network Topology (including wireless), switches, routers etc.
*RSA Setup and administration
*Good understanding of ITIL best practices
*Exceptional Customer Service skills
*ITIL Service Management foundation qualification
*Microsoft & Apple certifications (Beneficial)
*Excellent Communication skills
