We are working with a leading Financial Services client that it looking to hire a Service Delivery Assistant on a permanent basis in the City of London. This role is offering a base of £35,000 to £45,000 plus excellent benefits.
This role will suit someone with either 1 or 2 years of experience in Service Delivery or someone that is looking to transition into a Service Delivery role from IT Support.
To be considered for this role you will need some of the following:
*Proven experience of managing relationships with suppliers and customers.
*Experience of process improvement and implementation.
*ITIL v3 foundation - desirable.
*Experience of operating across the Service Management Lifecycle.
*Excellent communication skills.
