Job Description

 
The JM Group is working with a leading Global Media Company based in the West End of London.
They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst who will support, assist and resolve issues in reference to Windows and Apple desktop, applications, ID administration and other services provided by the helpdesk.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:
*Ideally a graduate with an IT / Computer Science degree with 1 years experience working in a 1st Line Support role
*Experience supporting Windows and Mac platforms
*Active directory experience
*Experience with mobile administration
*Excellent knowledge of common application programs
*Experience managing VPN access
*Excellent communication skills
*Team player
*Must be technically minded
*Self-starter
*Excellent problem-solving skills
