Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst required by a global media company based in London, paying up to £110 per day, on a 3-month rolling contract.

Service Desk Analyst required to work as part of a team to support and resolve any issues. They will be responsible for understanding the callers needs and provide professional support.

The Service Desk Analyst must have the following skills:

- Proficient experience of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Apple Operating Systems.
- Experience of first line support with mobile devices.
-Knowledge of common application programs.
-Must be able to lift PCs and other desktop equipment.
-Excellent communication skills.
