The JM Group is working with a global media firm that is seeking an Service Desk Engineer on a contract basis in Central London.

The ideal Service Desk Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

*2 years experience as a Service Desk Engineer.
*Have good working knowledge of Outlook, Exchange and Active Directory.
*Proven experience of setting up new starters, movers and leavers.
* Efficient at providing 2nd line support.
*Ability to anticipate risks and issues.
*Familiar working in an IT environment.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
