Service Desk Manager (Request/Access Management)

Job Description

 
The JM Group is working with a large financial services client and is seeking a Service Desk Manager (Request/Access Management) on a contract basis in Bromley paying up to £550 per day.

The ideal Service Desk Manager (Request/Access Management) will have the following key skills and experience:

*Background within Service & IAM Management
*Strong 3rd Supplier Management skills
*Able to effectively manage and strategize for the service desk
*In depth understanding of IAM
*Understanding of governance in regards to IAM and Service Desk
*Strong risk and issue management skills
*Excellent team management skills
*Strong communication skills
*ITIL certified
