Solution Sales Manager - Data Centre & IT Solution
£62k, based in Reading

My client, a global telecoms company, are looking for a Solution Sales Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for selling Data Centre & IT Solutions to telecoms operators in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:
*Promoting Data Centre & IT solutions to designated customers. Managing solution and product related activities and coordination with customers.
*Bidding responsibility, including answering RFx, producing technical proposal, generating product solution quotation, presenting technical and commercial proposals.
*Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities within designated customers. Collect and analyze all marketing and industry trend information. Support key accounts to enhance customer relationships.
*Identifying customer's key technical requirements and coordinate with Product Management, R&D and Engineering Team to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products

Requirements:
Technical Skills and Knowledge
*An experienced expert on IT & Data Centre solution sales. Strong technical knowledge of Data Centre compute server / storage / Data Centre Infrastucture / NFVI / Openstack /, etc., is essential.

Sales skills:
*Tender project experience with telecommunication operators.

Communication & Learning skills:
*Team working spirit, self-motivated, acting as a communication hub on product & solution-related matters.
