A leading corporate requires a Business Process Analyst who has worked on global transformation projects and has preferably had exposure to HR modules. This large corporate has recently embarked on a global ERP system implementation / global transformation programme and this role is specifically focussed on all HR modules. The role requires creating SOP documents, writing user guides, process mapping and working closely with process leads and trainers/e-learning. You will own the programme documentation for all HR modules, updating and making changes to user guides, reflecting what is needed by the users, implementing and optimising end to end HR business processes, identifying key business requirements and streamlining all processes.
Effective clear writing skills are required as all documents will be translated into many languages during global roll-out. Technically - preferably Oracle or SAP and/or SSP, HCM or ERP implementation. Other technology include Google for Work, MS Office, MS Visio and Lucid (or similar).
